While worldliness is one of the greatest enemies of the church in the
twenty-first century, it is imperative that believers truly understand
what worldliness is and is not. Sadly, the concept of
worldliness has been completely misunderstood in the modern church.
Believers today must realize—or admit—that their idea of worldliness is
often a totally unbiblical notion. One cannot grasp a biblical
understanding of the concept of worldliness without starting anew and
discarding the general (and usually flawed) ideas concerning what
actually constitutes worldliness.
Divine Lordship is not a threat; rather it’s the
place of greatest safety.
