You may choose to cover the issues or to repent. Those who cover and walk with high mindedness will surely come swiftly into judgment. Those who lay upon My altars in true repentance will overcome their own evil with My goodness. It is in the darkness that men reason away their motives against Me. It is in the light that men see their own self contempt. Many are standing where I have not called them to stand, doing works that I have not called them to do.
Today is a day
which brings swift
judgments
upon the heads of the ungodly. Who shall chasten themselves before Me
and
be even swift to repent. Who can stand before Me and heap blame to
another?
It is not just the devil that has made you sin. It is the selfishness
of
your own self fulfilling will that causes you to stumble again
and
again. The delusions are of your own self choosing. I called to you
early
saying repent but you would not hear Me, nor My prophets.
You are out of order and wonder why you do not hear Me, as you once did. You have dressed yourself in wolves clothing by your own choosing. I would have caused you to walk with Me hidden within the safety of My flock. I would have dressed you in mighty armor and sheep coats and would have caused you to appear only as I appear within the safety of My flocks, but you would not have it.
Self glory has been your motivation for too long now. Self works has been your badges of honor. You have trumpeted your giving and your giftings without humility. You have caused eyes to watch your doings through your own announcements. You have walked in the most religious ways before men and now are the days of My judgments says The LORD. What shall you possibly say as you stand before Me as self exalting, self proclaiming leaders? What shall you offer to Me in intimacy? Shall I not search your heart? Shall I make manifest the true councils of your heart? Who shall cry out and who shall repent? Who can stand the judgments of a severe GOD? Who shall hide beneath My wings of safety until this time is passed? It is written "My sheep know My voice and another they will not follow" yet you have followed after another. You have gone your own way of self, satisfying only your own self. What shall you say when you hear your own self proclamations? What can you offer Me for your own self ways? Can you truly not see all that I have offered unto you?
You have been greedy for gain and not souls. You have been pushy for your own self desires. You have been no servant unto Me but have served your self through the manipulation of others. Control and self importance have been your calling cards. Do you think I will not visit you in an hour you know not? Your thoughts are laid bare before Me. The issues of your heart rise before Me, daily. My thoughts are not your thoughts. My ways are not your ways. I am sovereign.
My eyes see clearly and your reflections are not of Christ JESUS. Shame shall hence forth cover you as a garment. I will stand afar off from you, despising your image unless you repent swiftly and make restitution. I will cast down your idols of self and I will reward you swiftly in My vengeance. What you say that I shall have mercy and not judge you? Do you think this is a light thing to say you serve Me and serve your own self. In the holy councils of My Holy Spirit you have walked your own way and now want to cover your deeds. Shall I not pluck up thy works and give them to another of My choosing? My Melchizedek Priests shall come unto you and stand before your delivering My words, saying repent. What shall you offer them as a ransomed offering unto Me? What shall you say then of your pride and arrogance? Will you merely look upon them as men lower than your own self, or will you correct your self and do as I command. You have been given much and have taken more.
Bow down and do not consider this lightly. As I suffered My own son, JESUS to come lowly into Jerusalem, sitting upon an ass so shall these priests come to you with no self pronouncements. You must hear Me, for with these Melchizedek priests you will have only one choice, immediate obedience, swift repentance and restitution, thus says The LORD GOD, The Holy One Of Israel.
Truly GOD is good to Israel, even to such as
are of
a clean heart. But as for me,
my feet were almost gone; my steps had well
nigh slipped. For I was
envious at the foolish, when I saw the prosperity
of the
wicked. For there are no
bands in their death: but their strength
is firm. They are not in
trouble as other men; neither are they
plagued like
other men. Therefore pride
compasseth them about as a chain; violence
covereth
them as a garment. Their eyes stand
out with fatness: they have more than
heart could
wish. They are
corrupt, and speak wickedly concerning oppression:
they
speak loftily. They set their
mouth against the heavens, and their tongue
walketh
through the earth. Therefore his
people return hither; and waters of a full
cup are
rung out to them. And they say,
How doth GOD know? and is there knowledge in
the most
High? Behold,
these are the ungodly, who prosper in
the world;
they increase in riches. Verily I have
cleansed my heart in vain, and washed my
hands in innocence. For all day
long have I been plagued, and chastened every
morning. If I say,
I will speak thus; behold, I should offend
against
the generation of thy children. When I thought
to know this, it was too painful for me; Until I went
into the sanctuary of GOD; then understood I
their end. Surely thou
didst set them in slippery places: thou
castedst them
down into destruction. How are they
brought into desolation, as in a moment! they
are utterly
consumed with terrors. As a dream when
one awaketh; so, O LORD, when thou
awakest, thou
shalt despise their image.
Hear, ye that are far off, what I have done; and ye that are near, acknowledge my might. The sinners in Zion are afraid; fearfulness hath surprised the hypocrites. Who among us shall dwell with the devouring fire? who among us shall dwell with everlasting burnings? He that walketh righteously, and speaketh uprightly; he that despiseth the gain of oppressions, that shaketh his hands from holding of bribes, that stoppes his ears from hearing of blood, and shutteth his eyes from seeing evil. He shall dwell on high: his place of defense shall be munitions of rocks: bread shall be given him; his waters shall be sure. Thine eyes shall see the king in his beauty: they shall behold the land that is very far off. Thine heart shall meditate terror. Where is the scribe? where is the receiver? Where is he that counted the towers? Thou shalt not see a fierce people, a people of a deeper speech than thou canst perceive; of a stammering tongue, that thou canst not understand.
They went out from us, but they were not of us; for if they had been of us, they would no doubt have continued with us: but they were not all of us. But ye have an unction from the Holy One, and ye know all things. As he saith also in another place, Thou art a priest for ever after the order of Melchizedek.
